What Is Wolverine Blend?
The Wolverine blend is 5 mg of BPC-157 and 10 mg of thymosin β4 (TB-500) co-lyophilized in a single 15 mg vial — the two most frequently studied compounds in tissue-repair research, in one container.
The two work through entirely separate routes. BPC-157 is a 15-residue synthetic peptide derived from a human gastric juice protein, studied for effects on angiogenesis and growth-factor receptor signalling. Thymosin β4 is a 43-residue endogenous actin-sequestering protein studied in cell migration and wound closure. Nothing in the literature establishes synergy between them; the blend is a convenience format.
Supplied at ≥99% HPLC purity per component with a batch-specific third-party COA. The two components resolve cleanly at roughly 11.8 and 13.4 minutes, so purity and content are reported separately for each. The first batch is in final QC; request the certificate below.

The Most Studied Pairing in Tissue Repair
BPC-157 and thymosin β4 are the two compounds that dominate the tissue-repair peptide literature, and they are the pairing researchers reach for most often. This vial is simply the two co-lyophilized at a 5 mg / 10 mg ratio; the combination has no published pharmacology of its own.
Two Separate Mechanisms
BPC-157 has been studied for effects on angiogenesis, VEGFR2 signalling and nitric-oxide pathways. Thymosin β4 is a 43-residue actin-sequestering protein studied for effects on cell migration, and it is an endogenous intracellular protein rather than a designed drug-like peptide. The two mechanisms are unrelated.
A Note on the TB-500 Name
“TB-500” is used inconsistently across the industry: some suppliers mean the full-length 43-residue thymosin β4, others the short Ac-LKKTETQ (17–23) fragment. This blend uses the full-length sequence at 4963.44 g/mol, and the batch COA mass confirms which one you have.
Molar Ratio
At 5 mg BPC-157 (1419.53 g/mol) and 10 mg thymosin β4 (4963.44 g/mol), the molar amounts are close to equal — roughly 3.5 µmol against 2.0 µmol — which is unusual among the blends in this catalog, where mass and molar ratios normally diverge sharply.
Limitations
The ratio is fixed at manufacture and cannot be varied. Much of the BPC-157 literature comes from a single research group, and independent replication remains limited; this is a known weakness of the evidence base rather than a criticism of the material.
Representative literature: Sikiric P et al., Curr Pharm Des 2018; Chang CH et al., J Appl Physiol 2011 (BPC-157 tendon); Goldstein AL, Hannappel E, Kleinman HK, Trends Mol Med 2005 (thymosin β4).
Bacteriostatic Water Ratio Chart (15 mg Vial)
| Diluent Added | Concentration | Per 0.1 mL Aliquot |
|---|---|---|
| 1.0 mL | 15.0 mg/mL | 1.5 mg |
| 2.0 mL | 7.5 mg/mL | 750 µg |
| 2.5 mL | 6.0 mg/mL | 600 µg |
| 3.0 mL | 5.0 mg/mL | 500 µg |
| 5.0 mL | 3.0 mg/mL | 300 µg |
Concentrations shown are total peptide. This vial contains 5 mg BPC-157 + 10 mg Thymosin β4, so each component is a fixed fraction of every aliquot — they cannot be dosed independently.
Reconstitution Procedure
Allow the vial to reach room temperature. Introduce sterile or bacteriostatic water slowly down the inner glass wall — do not inject directly onto the powder cake. Swirl gently until fully dissolved; do not shake or vortex, as this can promote aggregation.
Temperature Stability
| State | Condition | Typical Stability |

| Lyophilized | 2–8 °C | Up to 12 months |
| Lyophilized | Room temp (≤25 °C) | Several weeks (transit) |
| Reconstituted | 2–8 °C | Up to 28 days |
| Reconstituted | −20 °C aliquots | Avoid repeated freeze–thaw |
