Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are released once payment has cleared and the research-use compliance acknowledgement is complete. Paid orders received before 1:00 PM ET Monday–Friday ship the same business day; later orders ship the next business day.
Every parcel ships in an insulated mailer with cold packs. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of normal transit; cold packs provide additional protection against heat exposure.
Customs & Import Regulations
International buyers are responsible for compliance with their local country import regulations and customs duties.
Import rules for research compounds differ between countries and can change without notice. Before ordering, confirm that the compounds you need may legally be imported to your destination for research use, and whether an import permit or institutional authorisation is required.
Duties, taxes, VAT and brokerage fees charged at import are payable by the recipient and are not included in our prices. We reserve the right to decline shipments to destinations where import is prohibited. Orders seized or refused by customs are not eligible for reshipment or refund.
Delivery Estimates & Tracking
- Domestic (US): 2–4 business days.
- International: 4–7 business days, plus any customs processing time.
A tracking number is emailed as soon as the carrier scans your parcel. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days (domestic) or 15 business days (international), contact support and we will open a carrier investigation.
7-Day Reshipment Policy
If your cold-pack shipment arrives damaged or degraded, report it within 7 days of delivery and we will reship the affected items at no cost.
Eligible conditions include broken or cracked vials, a lost vacuum seal or missing stopper, visibly compromised lyophilized material, and missing or incorrect items. A thawed cold pack on its own does not indicate degradation, as lyophilized peptides tolerate normal transit temperatures.
To file a claim, email support@aclopiel.com with your order number, photos of the vials and packaging, and the batch number on the affected labels.
Returns & Refunds
Because research compounds are temperature-sensitive and cannot be restocked once they leave our control, we do not accept returns of delivered products except for items covered by the reshipment policy above. Where a reshipment is not possible, we issue a refund to the original payment method.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights that cannot be excluded under the law applicable to your purchase.
