What Is GLOW Blend?
GLOW is a co-lyophilized three-peptide blend: 10 mg BPC-157, 10 mg thymosin β4 (TB-500) and 50 mg GHK-Cu in a single 70 mg vial. The three are the most studied compounds in tissue-repair and extracellular-matrix research, and the blend exists so researchers working across all three do not need to reconstitute three vials.
It is worth being clear about what a blend is and is not. Each component has its own published literature and its own proposed mechanism — angiogenesis and receptor expression for BPC-157, actin sequestration and cell migration for thymosin β4, copper delivery for GHK-Cu. There is no published pharmacology for the combination itself, and no evidence of synergy between them. The vial is a packaging convenience.
Supplied at ≥99% HPLC purity per component with a batch-specific third-party COA reporting all three peaks. The pale blue colour comes from the copper complex. The first batch is in final QC; request the full analytical package below.

Why These Three Together
GLOW combines the three compounds most frequently studied in tissue-repair and extracellular-matrix models: BPC-157, thymosin β4 and the copper tripeptide GHK-Cu. Each has a separate literature and a different proposed mechanism; the blend is a convenience format, not a compound with its own published pharmacology.
Three Distinct Mechanisms
BPC-157 has been studied for effects on angiogenesis and growth-factor receptor expression; thymosin β4 is an actin-sequestering protein studied in cell migration and wound closure; GHK-Cu acts largely through copper delivery to enzymes such as lysyl oxidase. There is no published evidence that the three act synergistically — the rationale is additive coverage of related pathways.
The Copper Component Dominates the Mass
GHK-Cu makes up 50 of the 70 mg in this vial. Because GHK-Cu is only 401.91 g/mol while thymosin β4 is 4963.44, the molar ratios are far from the mass ratios: on a molar basis GHK-Cu is present in very large excess. Factor this in when designing concentration ranges.
Analytical Separation
The three components are well separated under reverse-phase HPLC — GHK-Cu elutes early at around 4.8 minutes, BPC-157 near 11.8 and thymosin β4 near 13.4 — so a batch COA reports purity and content for each peak independently.
Limitations
A blended vial cannot be dosed component by component; the ratio is fixed at manufacture. For any study where the contribution of an individual compound matters, use the single-compound vials instead. Note also that copper complexes are stripped by chelators such as EDTA.

Bacteriostatic Water Ratio Chart (70 mg Vial)
| Diluent Added | Concentration | Per 0.1 mL Aliquot |
|---|---|---|
| 1.0 mL | 70.0 mg/mL | 7 mg |
| 2.0 mL | 35.0 mg/mL | 3.5 mg |
| 2.5 mL | 28.0 mg/mL | 2.8 mg |
| 3.0 mL | 23.33 mg/mL | 2.33 mg |
| 5.0 mL | 14.0 mg/mL | 1.4 mg |
Concentrations shown are total peptide. This vial contains 10 mg BPC-157 + 10 mg Thymosin β4 + 50 mg GHK-Cu, so each component is a fixed fraction of every aliquot — they cannot be dosed independently.
Reconstitution Procedure
Allow the vial to reach room temperature. Introduce sterile or bacteriostatic water slowly down the inner glass wall — do not inject directly onto the powder cake. Swirl gently until fully dissolved; do not shake or vortex, as this can promote aggregation.
Temperature Stability

| Lyophilized | 2–8 °C | Up to 12 months |
| Lyophilized | Room temp (≤25 °C) | Several weeks (transit) |
| Reconstituted | 2–8 °C | Up to 28 days |
| Reconstituted | −20 °C aliquots | Avoid repeated freeze–thaw |
