1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase products. We may update these terms; the version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
2. Buyer Qualification
Products are sold only to buyers who are competent to handle research chemicals safely and who will use them strictly for in-vitro laboratory research, in facilities with appropriate equipment and trained personnel.
Buyers must be at least 21 years old. Every order requires a research-use acknowledgement, which forms part of these terms. We may request further information before accepting or shipping an order, and may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we believe the products are intended for human or veterinary use.
3. Research Use Conditions
All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Each order requires a research-use compliance acknowledgement. The prohibited uses and buyer representations in our Research Use Disclaimer form part of these terms.
4. Orders & Pricing
Prices are listed in US dollars. Volume pricing applies automatically at the quantity tiers shown on each product page. An order is accepted only when we confirm it by email; we may decline an order for any lawful reason. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment received.
5. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods, selected at checkout. Payment instructions are emailed once your order is received.
- Cryptocurrency — Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC) and other widely traded cryptocurrencies. Tell us your preferred coin at checkout; the accepted coin, network and wallet address are confirmed in your payment instructions, and funds sent in any other coin or on any other network cannot be recovered. Crypto amounts are quoted in USD at the time of order, and orders are released after the payment has confirmed on-chain.
- Bank wire / ACH transfer — domestic ACH or international wire, preferred for institutional and wholesale orders. Any bank or intermediary fees are payable by the sender.
- SEPA transfer — EUR bank transfer for buyers in the EU/EEA, charged at the USD→EUR exchange rate stated in your payment instructions.
- Apple Pay — paid from your Apple device using the payment link sent with your order confirmation.
- Chime — transfer from a US Chime account, using the details sent with your order confirmation.
- Other — any method you name at checkout. We confirm whether it can be accepted, and on what terms, before any payment is made.
We do not accept credit or debit card payments. Orders ship only after payment has cleared. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 72 hours.
6. Order Cancellation
By you: you may cancel an order for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched by contacting support@aclopiel.com with your order number. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled; see our returns policy.
By us: we may cancel an order, in whole or in part, if buyer qualification cannot be verified, if there is any indication of a prohibited use, if payment is not received or appears fraudulent, if the destination prohibits import, or if a pricing or stock error occurs.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of cancellation. Cryptocurrency refunds are made in the same coin used for payment for the USD value of the order at the time it was placed, less network fees. SEPA refunds are made in EUR at the original exchange rate.
7. Shipping, Risk & Title
Shipping is governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier, subject to our reshipment policy. International buyers are responsible for import compliance and customs duties.
8. Product Warranty
We warrant that each product conforms to the specifications in the Certificate of Analysis for its batch at the time of dispatch. Except for this warranty, products are provided "as is", without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. You agree to indemnify and hold Aclopiel harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or any prohibited use of our products.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence are not affected where they apply.
