What Is KLOW Blend?
KLOW is a co-lyophilized four-peptide blend: 10 mg KPV, 50 mg GHK-Cu, 10 mg BPC-157 and 10 mg thymosin β4 (TB-500) in an 80 mg vial. It is the GLOW combination with KPV added, and it is the most complex blend in this catalog.
KPV is the reason to choose it over GLOW. The tripeptide Lys-Pro-Val is the C-terminal fragment of α-melanocyte-stimulating hormone and carries the parent hormone's reported anti-inflammatory activity without its melanocortin-receptor pigmentation effects — a separate literature from the matrix-remodelling work behind the other three components.
Supplied at ≥99% HPLC purity per component with a batch-specific third-party COA reporting all four peaks, which separate cleanly between roughly 3.6 and 13.4 minutes. The first batch is in final QC; request the full analytical package below.

KLOW Is GLOW Plus KPV
KLOW is the same three-peptide tissue-repair combination as GLOW with the tripeptide KPV added. The stated rationale for the addition is KPV's separate anti-inflammatory literature, which is distinct from the matrix-remodelling work behind the other three.
What KPV Is
KPV is the C-terminal tripeptide of α-melanocyte-stimulating hormone — residues 11 to 13, Lys-Pro-Val, at 342.43 g/mol. It retains reported anti-inflammatory activity of the parent hormone while lacking the melanocortin-receptor pigmentation effects, which is why the fragment rather than full α-MSH is studied in inflammation models.
Four Mechanisms, One Vial
The components act through four unrelated routes: KPV through NF-κB-associated inflammatory signalling, GHK-Cu through copper delivery, BPC-157 through angiogenic and growth-factor pathways, and thymosin β4 through actin sequestration. As with any blend, there is no published pharmacology for the combination itself.
Molar Composition
The two tripeptides are small — 342.43 and 401.91 g/mol — while thymosin β4 is 4963.44. At 10, 50, 10 and 10 mg respectively, GHK-Cu is present in very large molar excess and thymosin β4 in the smallest molar amount despite equal mass to BPC-157.
Limitations
A four-way blend is the least flexible format in this catalog: the ratio is fixed at manufacture and no component can be varied independently. For mechanistic work, single-compound vials are the correct choice. Copper chelators such as EDTA will strip the GHK-Cu component.

Bacteriostatic Water Ratio Chart (80 mg Vial)
| Diluent Added | Concentration | Per 0.1 mL Aliquot |
|---|---|---|
| 1.0 mL | 80.0 mg/mL | 8 mg |
| 2.0 mL | 40.0 mg/mL | 4 mg |
| 2.5 mL | 32.0 mg/mL | 3.2 mg |
| 3.0 mL | 26.67 mg/mL | 2.67 mg |
| 5.0 mL | 16.0 mg/mL | 1.6 mg |
Concentrations shown are total peptide. This vial contains 10 mg KPV + 50 mg GHK-Cu + 10 mg BPC-157 + 10 mg Thymosin β4, so each component is a fixed fraction of every aliquot — they cannot be dosed independently.
Reconstitution Procedure
Allow the vial to reach room temperature. Introduce sterile or bacteriostatic water slowly down the inner glass wall — do not inject directly onto the powder cake. Swirl gently until fully dissolved; do not shake or vortex, as this can promote aggregation.
Temperature Stability

| Lyophilized | 2–8 °C | Up to 12 months |
| Lyophilized | Room temp (≤25 °C) | Several weeks (transit) |
| Reconstituted | 2–8 °C | Up to 28 days |
