About Aclopiel

Laboratory-Grade Quality Assurance for Research Compounds

Reproducible research starts with reagents you can trust. Our quality program is built around one rule: no lot reaches a researcher until independent testing confirms its identity and a purity of at least 99% by HPLC.

≥99%Minimum HPLC purity for every released lot
100%Of lots independently tested before release
1 COAPublished per batch, matched to your vial label

Analytical work is carried out under controlled laboratory conditions, with sample handling and testing separated from storage and dispatch.

Laboratory Sourcing Protocols

We source peptides only from synthesis partners that pass our qualification review — documented solid-phase synthesis processes, controlled purification, and analytical capability we can audit. Each partner supplies its own release data, which we treat as a starting point, not a substitute for independent testing.

Incoming material is quarantined on arrival. Nothing is listed for sale until the lot has been sampled, sent to a third-party laboratory, and its results reviewed against our specification.

Strict Batch Isolation

Every production lot keeps a unique batch number from intake to dispatch. Lots are stored, labelled and picked separately — never pooled, re-blended or topped up from another lot — so the Certificate of Analysis you look up always describes the exact material in your vial.

Sterile, Vacuum-Sealed Vial Packing

Peptides are filled and lyophilized into sterile glass vials, then sealed under vacuum with butyl stoppers and aluminium flip-off crimp caps. The vacuum seal protects the lyophilized cake from moisture and oxidation and gives a simple integrity check: a vial that has lost its seal no longer draws diluent in.

Our ≥99% HPLC Purity Commitment

Purity is reported as HPLC area percentage at 220 nm, the standard wavelength for peptide bonds. Our release threshold is 99.0%; most lots test higher. If a lot misses specification it is rejected — we do not sell "research grade" material at a lower standard.

Handled by Trained Personnel

Every stage that touches product — intake inspection, sampling for third-party testing, labelling and dispatch — is carried out by trained staff following written procedures, with gloves and appropriate protective equipment throughout.

Samples drawn for analysis are logged against their batch number before they leave our control, so the certificate you look up in the COA hub traces back to the exact material in your vial.

How Every Batch Is Verified

Four controls stand between a synthesis run and your laboratory bench.

3rd-Party HPLC Verification

Every lot is tested by an independent laboratory using reversed-phase HPLC. Lots below 99% area purity are rejected, never discounted or blended.

Mass Spectrometry Analysis

ESI-MS confirms each compound's molecular identity against its theoretical mass, so the peptide in the vial is the peptide on the label.

Cold-Chain Logistics

Lyophilized vials are stored at −20 °C and ship in insulated packaging with cold packs to limit temperature exposure in transit.

Domestic US Handling

Inventory is received, inspected, stored and dispatched from our US facility, with lot traceability from intake to shipment.

Our Research-Use-Only Commitment

Aclopiel serves laboratories, universities and independent researchers. Our compounds are supplied strictly for in-vitro research and educational purposes — they are not drugs, supplements or cosmetics, and are not for human or veterinary use.

Every purchase requires a research-use acknowledgement, and we decline or cancel orders that indicate personal or clinical use. We do not provide dosing guidance or medical advice of any kind. Read the full process in our ordering & compliance guide.
