How to Order Research Compounds

Ordering takes four steps. Each one is designed to make sure you receive verified material and that every purchase meets our research-use-only requirements.

  1. Select Your Compound & Review the Batch COA

    Browse the full catalog by category or search by name or CAS number. Each product page lists chemical data, volume pricing and the Certificate of Analysis for the batch currently shipping.

  2. Complete Research Compliance Verification

    Before any item can be added to your cart you must confirm that the compounds are strictly for in-vitro or laboratory research. At checkout you'll confirm this again and provide your name and shipping details.

    This step is mandatory. We decline or cancel and refund any order that references personal, clinical, veterinary or human use, and we do not provide dosing or medical advice.

  3. Submit Payment

    Choose your preferred payment method at checkout — we email payment instructions as soon as your order is received. Orders are released for fulfilment once payment clears. We do not accept credit or debit cards.

  4. Express Shipping & Cold-Pack Delivery

    Paid orders received before 1:00 PM ET ship the same business day in insulated packaging with cold packs — 2–4 business days within the US, 4–7 business days internationally by DHL Express or FedEx International. Tracking is emailed as soon as the carrier scans your parcel.

    Worldwide Express Cold-Chain Shipping Available. International buyers are responsible for local import regulations and customs duties — see the shipping policy.

    On arrival, move vials to −20 °C storage. Handling and reconstitution data are on each product page.

How fast do orders ship?

Orders with cleared payment received before 1:00 PM ET on a business day ship the same day; later orders ship the next business day. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days within the US and 4–7 business days internationally. See our shipping & delivery policy for carriers and regions.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to North America, the UK and EU, and other international destinations by express cold-pack courier (DHL Express / FedEx International), typically in 4–7 business days. International buyers are responsible for compliance with their local country import regulations and customs duties. Details are in our shipping policy.

How should I store compounds upon receipt?

Place lyophilized vials in a freezer at −20 °C, protected from light, as soon as they arrive. Short-term storage at 2–8 °C is acceptable for a few weeks. After reconstitution, keep solutions at 2–8 °C and avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles. Each product page lists compound-specific handling data.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier — usually within a few hours of dispatch. You can also find it in your order confirmation thread, or contact support with your order number.

What if my package arrives damaged or warm?

Lyophilized peptides tolerate several weeks at room temperature, so a thawed cold pack does not by itself indicate degradation. If a vial is broken, unsealed or missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will reship at no cost. See our reshipment policy.

Can I get the COA for my specific batch?

Yes. Every vial label carries a batch number. Enter it in our COA Verification Hub to view the HPLC chromatogram and mass spectrometry report for that exact lot.

Do you offer bulk or institutional pricing?

Volume pricing applies automatically at 5+ and 10+ vials per compound. For larger quantities, recurring institutional orders or custom synthesis, request a wholesale quote.
