This research blend combines two growth hormone secretagogues with complementary mechanisms, co-lyophilized at 5 mg each: CJC-1295 without DAC (Modified GRF 1-29), a 29-residue GHRH analogue (3367.97 g/mol), and Ipamorelin (CAS 170851-70-4), a selective pentapeptide ghrelin-receptor agonist (711.85 g/mol).
Mod GRF 1-29 activates the pituitary GHRH receptor, while ipamorelin acts on the growth hormone secretagogue receptor GHS-R1a. Because the two receptors signal through different intracellular pathways, the combination is used as a model of synergistic, pulsatile growth hormone release and of hypothalamic–pituitary–somatotropic axis regulation.
Note that no CAS number is widely registered for the no-DAC form of CJC-1295; the identifier often quoted, 863288-34-0, refers to CJC-1295 with DAC.
Each production lot is independently tested for identity, purity and content. Select a batch to view its analytical results — your vial label lists the batch number.

Mod GRF 1-29 is a truncated GHRH analogue whose four amino-acid substitutions improve resistance to DPP-4 cleavage and chemical degradation relative to sermorelin. Without the DAC albumin-binding group its half-life is short (on the order of 30 minutes), in contrast to the multi-day half-life reported for CJC-1295 with DAC.
Ipamorelin is a GHS-R1a agonist. In swine studies it stimulated growth hormone release without significant increases in ACTH or cortisol, a selectivity that distinguished it from GHRP-6 and GHRP-2.
GHRH-receptor agonists act mainly through cAMP, while GHS-R1a agonists act through phospholipase C and intracellular calcium. Pairing the two mechanisms is a well-documented model for studying synergistic pulsatile GH release.
GH secretion is governed by the balance between hypothalamic GHRH (stimulatory), somatostatin (inhibitory) and ghrelin signalling, with IGF-1 providing negative feedback. Short-acting secretagogues such as Mod GRF 1-29 and ipamorelin are used to study this pulsatile pattern, in contrast with long-acting analogues that produce sustained GH elevation.
Published data mostly characterize each peptide individually; controlled studies of this specific fixed-ratio blend are limited.

Concentrations shown are total peptide. Each component (Mod GRF 1-29, Ipamorelin) makes up 50% of the vial content.
Allow the vial to reach room temperature. Introduce sterile or bacteriostatic water slowly down the inner glass wall — do not inject directly onto the powder cake. Swirl gently until fully dissolved; do not shake or vortex, as this can promote aggregation.
