What to Include in Your Message
Most follow-up questions can be avoided by including a few details up front. For an existing order, quote your order reference and the email address it was placed under. For a question about analytical results, include the batch number printed on the vial label and say which figure you are asking about — purity, observed mass, net peptide content or endotoxin.
For a wholesale or custom synthesis request, list the compound or sequence, the quantity per order, your target purity, the preferred vial fill and how often you expect to reorder. Quotes that arrive with those five details are usually answered in a single reply rather than a back-and-forth.
Response Times by Inquiry Type
Our support hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET, and we aim to answer every inquiry in under 24 business hours. Order questions are usually answered the same or next business day, COA and batch verification requests within one business day, and wholesale quotes within one to two business days, since those often need input from our sourcing team.
Messages that arrive outside support hours, at weekends or on US federal holidays are answered on the next business day. If you have not had a reply within two business days, check your spam folder before resending — filtered replies are the most common cause.
Questions You Can Answer Yourself
Several of the most common requests have a self-service route that is faster than email. To check a lot's analytical results, enter the batch number in the COA verification hub. To confirm transit times, customs responsibilities or our reshipment terms, see the shipping and returns policy. For payment methods, the research-use requirement and the ordering sequence, see how to order.
For handling questions, the reconstitution guide and storage and stability guide cover diluent choice, technique, temperature ranges and shelf-life after reconstitution, and the reconstitution calculator works out concentrations and aliquot volumes directly.
What We Cannot Help With
Our compounds are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. We cannot provide dosing information, administration guidance, protocols for human or veterinary use, or any form of medical advice, and messages asking for them will not receive a response. This is set out in full in our research use disclaimer.
We also cannot advise on whether a particular compound may be imported into your country. Import rules for research compounds vary by destination and change without notice, so confirm the position with your own institution or customs authority before ordering.
Wholesale & Custom Peptide Synthesis
We supply laboratories, universities and research organizations with volume quantities of catalog compounds and custom sequences. To get an accurate quote quickly, include the compound or sequence, quantity per order, target purity, preferred vial fill, and expected order frequency.
Before your first order, check the batch data for any catalog compound in the COA Verification Hub.
